What to Expect
Thank you for considering joining the Empower Originator Program at CommLoan. We aim to provide transparency and clarity about what you can expect as you embark on this journey to become a successful commercial mortgage originator.
1. Onboarding Process
Upon enrollment, you will go through an onboarding process with an onboard agent to setup your profile and familiarize yourself with the Empower program and its tools.
There is a one-time initial fee of $150 and a monthly technology fee of $150 to provide you with access to the Empower platform and resources and training.
2. Accelerator Program
As part of your journey, you will enroll in our Accelerator program, designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in commercial mortgage origination.
The Accelerator program requires a one-time payment of $500 for the course and is run by Adventures in CRE.
3. Platform Training
Following the completion of the Accelerator program, you will receive free training on how to effectively utilize the CommLoan platform.
The training provides interactive guides, how-to videos, and practical exercises to enable you to maximize the value of the CUPID platform.
4. Mentorship Program
After your platform training, you will be assigned a Mentor, a seasoned originator who will provide guidance and support until you can demonstrate proficiency.
Your Mentor will share invaluable insights and best practices to help you navigate the complexities of commercial mortgage origination successfully.
