What to Expect
Thank you for considering joining the Empower Originator Program at CommLoan. We aim to provide transparency and clarity about what you can expect as you embark on this journey to become a successful commercial mortgage originator.
1. Onboarding Process
Upon enrollment, you will go through an onboarding process with an onboard agent to setup your profile and familiarize yourself with the Empower program and its tools.
There is a one-time initial fee of $150 and a monthly technology fee of $150 to provide you with access to the Empower platform and resources and training.
2. Platform Training
Following the completion of the onboarding, you will receive free training on how to utilize the CommLoan platform effectively, will receive access to a sandbox account, and will be required to generate three mock loans.
This training will empower you to navigate the platform with confidence and efficiency.
3. Mentorship Program
As an experienced loan originator, you may qualify to earn more revenue by becoming a mentor for less experienced originators.
As Mentor, you will share invaluable insights and best practices to help navigate the complexities of commercial mortgage origination successfully.
